We are a small family farm in Northern Monroe County run by the Morse Family. We specialize in heirloom varieties of produce, grown using organic and sustainable methods.
As a chef, I have a passion for quality produce. We choose our varieties of produce based on many factors, such as taste, aroma, color,and uniqueness. I especially like older antique varieties grown for flavor and texture, not how well they ship. That means we have some unusual items on our farm, such as red carrots, purple asparagus, and Speckled Roman tomatoes. We grow just about any culinary herb you can think of, that survives in our climate. We grow without chemicals of any kind because I won't feed them to my family. We grow the best, most flavorful produce that we can, in the healthiest way that we know how.
